Besides offering shoppers lower prices, buying in bulk also reduces waste and energy used to produce expensive packaging. With over 300 items to choose from, our bulk section contains a wide variety of spices, flours, granolas, nuts, grains, beans, teas, and many other items, sourced organically whenever possible. Whether you need a year’s supply or just a teaspoon, our bulk section has you covered.

At Barrels & Bins, we carry only grass-fed and sustainably produced beef, lamb,and pork, lunch meats, sausages, and free-range chicken. Most of our meats are raised locally and are often delivered to the store by the farmers themselves. We also have a great selection of frozen fish, including wild-caught Alaskan salmon and other responsibly sourced seafood.

Our coffee selection offers beans from several reputable companies, Café Mam, Ghost Town, DOMA, and locally roasted Alpine AIr.

Café Mam coffee is grown by fair trade cooperatives in the highlands of Mexico, using only the topmost standards when it comes to sustainability and working conditions.  They are committed to giving back generously to the farming communities where their beans are grown as well as bettering the environment through thoughtful agricultural practices. Café Mam coffee is fresh-roasted to order and decaf beans are made using the certified organic Swiss Water decaffeination process.

Doma Coffee, roasted in small batches in Post Falls, Idaho, with a strong commitment to sustainability.

Ghost Town Coffee, located in Bozeman Montana, is a Certified Organic Handler through the Montana Department of Agriculture, and is also registered with Fair Trade USA and Rainforest Alliance.

Alpine Air is roasted in Victor, Idaho, is sourced responsibly and is 100% organic, certified by the Montana Department of Agriculture.

We offer both bulk and packaged coffee, and provide a grinder in-store for your convenience.
